Tatian Diaconu is a Romanian entrepreneur active in mixed-use real estate development, community urban planning, and urban regeneration projects.

At present, within the real estate development company Kasper Development, the newest and most innovative project under development is Plai de Lac Prejmer, a community-integrated project consisting of 130 passive houses located near Brașov.

Previously, Tatian led for 12 years a team of experts within the real estate subsidiaries of the Auchan Group, beginning with Immochan, followed by Ceetrus, and later Nhood.

Together with his teams and the partners involved, he has actively contributed to projects aimed at transforming cities and communities—an emblematic example being the Coresi District in Brașov. Tatian firmly believes in turning impossible situations into possible realities, resonates with and for people, and in all the projects he drives, he relies on strong partnerships to ensure success.
