Victor Constantinescu is the Managing Partner of Kinstellar’s Bucharest office and the Co-Head of the firm-wide Real Estate practice. Gabriel is a founding partner of BirișGoran and is widely regarded as one of the leading tax experts in the country.

Gabriel has over 28 years of experience in Romanian tax matters, having advised clients on complex tax litigation, compliance and structuring issues. He is well-known in the Romanian media for his tireless advocacy for meaningful tax reform to assist the business environment in Romania.

Since 2006, George is the Chairman of Deloitte Romania. Before that, he was the Chairman & CEO of Unicredit-Tiriac Bank.

Between 1990-1999 he was a General Director in the National Bank of Romania. During 1994-1996 he served as an Executive Board Member of the IMF in Washington D.C.

He is a Founding Member of ACI Romania and of the Romanian Credit Bureau. George holds a BSc from Bucharest School of Economics and a PG Certificate from Henley School of Business, University of Reading.

Andrei Pogonaru is the representative of the owner and developer of Veranda Mall. Andrei coordinates the investment portfolio of the Pogonaru family and develops energy storage projects.

Andrei moderates leadership seminars at Aspen Institute Romania, is a member of YPO and was part of the board of directors of the Romanian energy transport and system operator.

He studied mathematics at Cambridge University and recently completed an Executive MBA with honors from Columbia University.

Oana Diaconescu has been part of the IULIUS team for 20 years. Since 2006 she has been the Head of Leasing, coordinating the activities of the leasing department for the retail segment of the company’s projects: Palas Iasi mixed-use complex, a project of urban regeneration, along with its Palas Campus extension, and Iulius Town Timișoara, the national chain of Iulius Malls in Iași, Cluj-Napoca and Suceava, as well as the two Family Market proximity retail projects in Iași.

Bogdan Iliescu is one of the best-known Romanian consultants in real estate industry and has over 17 years of expertise. Since joining in 2013 as a sales manager, she managed a significant premium residential sales portfolio, has driven significant revenue and maintained high quality services for both clients and business partners. Her career spans roles at major companies, with expertise in sales, marketing, and project management. Beatrice is known for her industry knowledge, ethical professionalism, and dedication to company values. 

The experience as manager with over 21 years in the real estate market, both on the side of developers as well as investors, comes as a natural complement to this role in the company. Michael’s 10+ years of sales experience in Canada, the United States and Romania elevates his knowledge about international market conditions within the real estate sector. 5 years ago, Michael permanently moved to Bucharest, Romania, and became one of four business partners at the family owned and managed company, InteRo Property Development. Michael spearheads the InteRo sales department and manages investment opportunities working closely with respected investors from Romania and other European countries. More recently, Michael also started to lead investor relations at MetaWealth, a fintech investment platform that offers users tokenized real estate assets.

Jan Demeyere, graduated with honors in 1991 from Sint-Lucas Ghent University in Belgium, specializing in urban planning. He brings over 20 years of experience in the international construction and real estate market, with more than 15 years spent in Romania. In 2014, Jan Demeyere partnered with Didier Balcaen to establish SPEEDWELL Real Estate Development, a company dedicated to creating projects that enhance the quality of life in communities. To achieve this goal, Jan is actively involved in every stage of the process, working closely with the in-house architectural team to ensure each building is unique, aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and designed with the community’s needs in mind. Although he designs as an architect, Jan thinks like a developer, a perspective evident in all his successfully delivered projects.

David Hay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Buckingham and has more than 35 years of experience in the development and management of office, residential, retail and large mixed use projects across the CEE including Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and in Germany. 

His previous experience includes 12 years in AFI Europe NV where he served, amongst others as the CEO for the Czech, Romanian, Polish and German operations, involving the development of 4 large scale shopping malls, more then 100,000 sqm of class A office buildings and more then 1,300 residential units.

Adi has over twenty years of professional experience in real estate, construction and project management.

Prior to STC Partners, he worked as an independent project management consultant and occupied various manager positions, including project manager and area manager, within Strabag Romania (one of the largest construction companies in Europe). Adi has successfully managed the development of a wide variety of real estate projects on the Romanian market (including some of the landmark real estate developments in the country), accumulating unparalleled experience in residential, retail, office, industrial and infrastructure projects. Adi holds a degree in Engineering, construction planning and management from FH Joanneum University (Austria).

In 2024, Geo Mărgescu celebrates 10 years as Forte Partners’ CEO and co-founder, during which time he coordinated the development of a real estate portfolio worth over 580 million euros, comprised of office and residential projects. In 2023, under Geo’s executive leadership, Forte Partners completed and inaugurated the second phase of the U•Center office project in the Tineretului area of Bucharest.  

The projects developed by Forte Partners since the company’s founding in 2014 have contributed to the urban regeneration and economic revitalization of Bucharest.  

Sorin Preda is the CEO and founder of Global Vision, a real estate investment and development platform overseeing projects primarily situated in Romania and across Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to founding Global Vision, he gained over ten years of experience in executive management positions. Sorin Preda holds a BS from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Professional Management Diploma from Open University UK.

Dennis Selinas is an experienced business leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial and property sectors. He has expertise in executive management, operational and financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions advisory, private equity, trading, and derivatives structuring. His background spans multiple asset classes, including property and distressed debt, across various institutions, such as listed companies, investment banks, and hedge funds. He has operated globally in Europe, China, Brazil, and the Middle East. Since January 1, 2023, he has been the CEO of Globalworth Group.

Alexandru Bonea is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of business success in three countries. He is the initiator of the Meta Estate Trust project through which he has brought to the Romanian market an innovative business model that connects the real estate and capital markets. 

He has over 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, during which time he has coordinated Delta Studio Group’s real estate investments and residential real estate developments and launched projects in Portugal, Dubai and Romania. 

With more than 17 years’ worth of experience in the real estate industry and with a hands-on focus on Asset Management, Commercial Management and Real Estate development, Alina Necula’s expertise includes multiple office and logistics projects and coordination of strategic business units in retail and residential markets.  

As Country Manager for Romania at Lion’s Head Investments, Alina concentrates on asset management of Oregon Park, prime office project in Bucharest, as well as the company’s upcoming local investments and developments. Prior to joining Lion’s Head, Alina was part of the Commercial and Asset Management teams of Globalworth and Immofinanz. Alina holds an EMBA from the Maastricht School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University Nicolae Titulescu. 

Antoniu Panait boasts over 19 years of expertise in the real estate sector, with a background in legal studies. Since 2008, he has led the Romanian division of Vastint Group, directing all local activities from land acquisitions to project development and construction.  

Under Antoniu’s leadership, sustainability remains a central objective for the company. Various initiatives have been implemented to reduce environmental impact and promote ecological practices within the project portfolio. 

Ana Dumitrache is high level real estate consultant, Member of the Advisory Board of RICS and currently following several independent projects. She has started her carrier as real estate banker, and since the beginning of the years 2000 up until 2016, for 16 years she has been involved in financing the local and regional real estate players, with an on site hands on investment banking approach. In 2016 she has joined CTP Romania, initially as a co-country head, and then, after a short break, taking over the local CEO position and developing the company into an engaged market leader in its light industrial and logistic sector, with the support of the group CEO and shareholder, bringing it to next level real estate practice.

Marius Barbu has a strong background in the retail industry, with almost 20 years of professional experience.
