Oana Diaconescu has been part of the IULIUS team for 20 years. Since 2006 she has been the Head of Leasing, coordinating the activities of the leasing department for the retail segment of the company’s projects: Palas Iasi mixed-use complex, a project of urban regeneration, along with its Palas Campus extension, and Iulius Town Timișoara, the national chain of Iulius Malls in Iași, Cluj-Napoca and Suceava, as well as the two Family Market proximity retail projects in Iași.

Oana Diaconescu holds a vast experience in leasing retail premises, having developed partnerships with the most prominent international brands, that are currently anchors to the retail projects of IULIUS. Moreover, Oana coordinates the leasing and tenant mix setting processes for the projects under development.
