Adi has over twenty years of professional experience in real estate, construction and project management. 

Prior to STC Partners, he worked as an independent project management consultant and occupied various manager positions, including project manager and area manager, within Strabag Romania (one of the largest construction companies in Europe). Adi has successfully managed the development of a wide variety of real estate projects on the Romanian market (including some of the landmark real estate developments in the country), accumulating unparalleled experience in residential, retail, office, industrial and infrastructure projects. Adi holds a degree in Engineering, construction planning and management from FH Joanneum University (Austria).
