Bogdan Doicescu is the Group CEO of Bog’Art Holding Management and an executive board member, overseeing the integration of the full spectrum of services across the Bog’Art group of companies. His responsibilities include governance, reporting, and managing partnerships, investments, CSR and marketing initiatives. With lifelong experience in the family business, he plays a key role in the strategic direction of the group, which spans general contracting, reinforced steel production, turnkey facade systems, building management, project management, and real estate development. 

Bogdan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in Financial Economics & Business Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Young Presidents Organizations (YPO) and serves as a Board Member for Association of Real Estate Investors (AREI) and has an advisory role on the National Development Council of Habitat for Humanity Romania.  

In 2024, the Bog’Art group of companies has been actively involved in delivering and executing high-impact projects, including airports, military bases, hospitals, schools, road infrastructure, and public utilities. With a turnover of over 200 million EUR, the Bog’Art Group has contributed significantly to the development of Romania’s economy and infrastructure. 

Outside of work, Bogdan enjoys spending time with his family, is a fitness fanatic and avid modern art and watch collector.
