Geo Mărgescu is one of the most important business leaders in Romania’s real estate industry, with over two decades of experience in developing transformative projects that have redefined the urban and business landscape of Bucharest.
In 2025, under his leadership, Forte Partners began construction of U•Center 3, the final phase of the project launched in 2019 in the Tineretului area. Following the success of the U•Center 1 & 2 office buildings, Forte Partners is adding a residential component of 200 premium apartments to this last stage, which also includes 12,500 square meters of state-of-the-art office space and 1,700 square meters of retail.
Since co-founding Forte Partners in 2014, Geo has coordinated the development of a real estate portfolio valued at over 580 million euros, which includes landmark projects such as U•Center, the Sector 0 initiative (Tandem and Millo Offices), and The Bridge. These projects have contributed to the regeneration of neglected urban areas and attracted major multinational companies, generating significant economic benefits – from job creation and increased tax revenues to strengthening Romania’s position as a competitive business destination in the Southeast European region.
