David Flusberg is the former co-Founder, President, and Board Director of Adama Holding Public Ltd, a real estate development and investment platform that built close to 2,000 apartments in Romania, worked out a portfolio of 400 property assets in Turkey and invested in Ukraine, Moldova, and Croatia, was backed by major institutional investors including Morgan Stanley, Immofinanz, and Tiger Global, and was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He is also the former Non-Executive Chairman of One United Properties, and has been involved in the development of 600 apartments and real estate turnarounds in New York City, through his partnership with Adam America Real Estate and 925 Capital, as well as development projects in Germany and Israel.  

Prior to moving to Romania from the USA in 2005, and after graduating from Harvard with a degree in Economics, Mr. Flusberg was a c-suite strategic advisor to Fortune 500 companies in his role at The Boston Consulting Group in New York.  

Outside of his business activities, he is a visionary public speaker, author, artist, professional scuba diver, and proud father of three.
