Beatrice Dumitrașcu is one of the most experienced professionals on the real estate market in Romania. Her professional background includes important names in the field and is now associated with the green leading developer and investor One United Properties. With an extensive expertise of over 20 years in sales and marketing, Beatrice has dedicated most of her career to the real estate industry, becoming a reference among specialists in the field. 

She joined One United Properties in 2013 and is currently CEO of the Residential Division. She is responsible for managing the largest residential premium portfolio of One United Properties, the leading green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and commercial real estate in Bucharest, Romania. Managing a team of dedicated professionals, Beatrice is focused on a strategy prioritizing growth, value creation, and disciplined execution.   

Beatrice Dumitrașcu graduated from the Faculty of Journalism, but she immediately felt that real estate was the thing for her. She worked for important companies such as Forum Invest Romania, Anchor Group, Eurisko Consulting (CBRE since 2008), Tiriac Imobiliare, Coldwell Banker and she trained her professional skills over the year in projects involving sales, marketing, communication, project management, events, and real estate sales.
