With an academic background that combines studies in political science with elite executive programs – INSEAD International Directors Programme and HARVARD Women on Boards – Anca Damour serves as Executive Board Member of ELI Parks, the fastest-growing player in Romania’s industrial business parks sector. She is also CEO & Partner of the investment fund Craig Real Estate. In the business world, Anca has unique experience in coordinating investments and business development.

She also served for five years on the board of ONE United Properties, one of Romania’s leading real estate investment and development companies. In the entrepreneurial sphere, she is a board member of CONAF Romania – a confederation dedicated to promoting a modern entrepreneurial culture in the country, with a strong focus on gender equality.
