Sorin Preda is the founder and CEO of Global Vision, a leading real estate investment and development platform with projects across Romania and Central and Eastern Europe. With over a decade of prior executive management experience, he holds a BS from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Professional Management Diploma from the Open University UK. 

Under his leadership, Global Vision has grown into one of Romania’s key real estate players, developing over 1 million sq.m and creating major opportunities and workplaces. In 2024, following a landmark €110 million logistics transaction, Sorin launched a dedicated real estate investment platform, alongside green energy and technology & innovation divisions, targeting €1 billion in combined projects and reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability, digitalization, and forward-looking development. 

Beyond business, Sorin is actively involved in community and philanthropic initiatives. He supports local sports and education programs, serves as an honorary patron of Hospice Casa Speranței, and is a founding member of the Family Business Network Romania.
